PLANNED FUNCTIONALITY

Four exports, one click.

Modelmint will read from app.powerbi.com using your active Power BI session. It will enumerate every workspace you can see and export the structure to disk. No service principal. No tenant admin approval. Nothing to install on the Power BI side.

EXPORT 01

Workspace inventory

Will list every workspace you can access, every report and dataset inside each — with owner, last-modified, and refresh-status fields normalized into one JSON or CSV file.

EXPORT 02

Dataset schemas

Will pull table names, column types, relationships, and roles from each dataset’s metadata — the structural skeleton, without the data rows.

EXPORT 03

DAX measure definitions

Will extract every measure with its full expression, table assignment, format string, and description. Diffable against last month’s snapshot.

EXPORT 04

Bulk + scheduled

Paid tiers will support batch exports across multiple workspaces and scheduled exports with webhook delivery for snapshot pipelines.

Pricing tiers and final feature set will be confirmed at launch. The free tier will always exist for single-report exports.
